PRODUCT

We strive to accurately describe our marble products, including dimensions, colors, and textures. Please note that natural variations may occur in marble, which adds to its unique beauty.


ORDERING PROCESS

When you place an order with Marble&Co., you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.


PAYMENT

All prices listed on our website are in (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or by e-wallet. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.


SHIPPING, PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for large or fragile items. Before shipping, we need to complete a quality checklist form to ensure that we are sending you the best of our products. 


There are approximately 20 checklist items that must be met to standardize our product quality. Additionally, we take a picture before shipping to document the product for assurance and claims purposes. Delivery of ready stock products takes a maximum of 4 working days, for pre-order stock items will be delivered in 10 - 18 working days. Especially for furniture products, it takes 30 - 40 working days.

The Jakarta and Tangerang area will be delivered by instant shipping expedition (Gosend, Lalamove), and outside Jabodetabek will have to add wooden pallets. 


QUALITY ASSURANCE

Before shipping, each marble product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards. We document the product condition with photographs to assist with any claims or issues.

Packing time is required, especially because marble is highly fragile. We take extra care in packaging, especially when multiple products are ordered together. We organize them safely in one large box using bubble wrap, Styrofoam, and a carton box to ensure secure transportation.


RETURN AND REFUND

Due to the unique nature of custom or cut-to-size marble products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please carefully review all specifications before placing your order.
