  • Is it made of real marble?

Yes! All of our products are made of 100% real marble and made by our local artisans.


  • Is it ready stock or pre-order?

Ready stock products are available in our flagship store at Indonesia Design District, PIK 2. You can also contact our WhatsApp admin to get the ready stock product. However, if you want to be the first to get the stock, we will open pre-orders after the launching date.


  • How long is the pre-order?

It’ll take 10 - 18 working days (weekend excluded). As for ready items, it takes 4 working days at maximum for final quality control and packaging. 


  • How will it be sent to us?

For the Jakarta and Tangerang area we use instant shipping expeditions. (Ex Gosend, Lalamove, etc) . Outside Jakarta and Tangerang, we use external shipping expeditions (Ex. JNE trucking, etc)


  • Can you ship Outside Jakarta safely?

We try our best to ship our products out of town. Usually we use external shipping expeditions to ship outside Jakarta, or if you have another option, we could help you arrange it. For outside Jakarta, we recommend you to add an extra wooden pallet to minimize damages during shipping. 


  • How’s the packaging? Could you wrap it as a gift?

Our packing fulfills standards, including the use of Styrofoam and bubble wrap to ensure that it gets safely at its destination. We cannot package it as a gift, but we provide greeting cards that you can customize according to your wishes. 


  • Is there any guarantee? How if it’s broken when we receive it?

If the product you received is broken, we’ll try our best to help you claim the damages and get you a new one after all the process is done. 


  • Can you do custom orders?

Yes, we do. You can send us the model you want in detail and we’ll try our best to fulfill your needs. 


  • Can I get the patterns to look exactly like the one in the picture? 

As we used real marble, you can’t get the same patterns as the picture. Within the same material, all of the patterns are different, but that’s the charming point of marble and of course, our products.
